I love spending time outside and work never feels like work. I raise chickens, and love to spend time in my wild garden.

I am very pleased to be part of a firm with such a positive corporate culture and genuine regard and concern for employees and our clients. My favorite part of my work as a paralegal is the process of helping clients communicate the facts of their case in a way that ensure they are compensated fairly. When people are injured because of an accident, their experience is always unique. I want to make sure each client’s story is told.
Morgan began her career as a legal assistant with a large personal injury firm in the Boise area where she managed numerous cases along with many other tasks. She joined our firm as a case manager in early June of 2022.
Her past work experience has helped enhance her personal skills and enables her to work well with different generations and people from all walks of life. She is patient, receptive, observant, and respectful. Her attention to detail allows her to juggle many balls at the same time and not get flustered. She is also very enthusiastic and encouraging, with an incredible work ethic, which makes her an invaluable member of the Litster Frost Team.
However, the truly most enjoyable part of her job is communicating with the clients. Helping to explain things to them and answer their questions gives her a great sense of fulfillment. She also finds it important to simply provide a sympathetic ear when a client is scared or worried.
When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family as well as camping, mountain biking, running, and hiking with her husband and two dogs.

One could say she LOVES animals!
Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Shelby moved to Boise in 2018, kicking off her career in the legal field. Coming from a downtown law firm which offered services for many types of law, she was able to build a knowledge base of the court system, learn strategies for different scenarios, and be involved in complex cases and research. Shelby’s curiosity and attention to detail has made the legal field a perfect match for her. Outside of work, she enjoys anything that involves the outdoors (I mean, it’s Idaho, c’mon!). During the warmer months, you can normally find Shelby in the foothills with her dog, paddleboarding the many lakes/rivers, or on a camping trip for the weekend. During the winter months, snowshoeing through the forest is where you’ll catch her!
