Angela was born and raised here in Boise, ID. She originally started at Litster Frost in 2006 as Receptionist, and now works as a Workers Comp Paralegal. Outside of the office, Angela enjoys exploring Idaho, hot springs, baking, camping, and traveling with family and friends!
Barry was born and raised in Boise, ID and went to high school at Boise high where he played baseball and ran track. Barry received magna cum laude from Boise State University, getting his degree in Criminal Justice. Before his years at Litster Frost, Barry owned a landscape business for several years here in the Treasure Valley. He also worked and managed retail stores. Outside of the office, he plays in city league softball, run Spartan races, mountain bikes, plays golf, goes fishing- pretty much anything outside! He also loves music and reading. Barry is married with two kids and one son in law. He loves spending time with this family, going to the Oregon Coast, watching movies, playing games, and playing with his dogs.
Hildy grew up small town living. She attended culinary school for 2 years and worked in the food industry for 16 years, but her passion is anything paranormal/forensics. If she could turn back in time, Hildy would have gone to college for parapsychology. She moved to Boise, ID in summer of 2016 and has been here ever since. Hildy loves spending time with her family- especially time with her nieces and nephew. She also enjoys concerts, travel, good scary movies & books. Oh, and she also lives for naps!

Joel grew up in Boise and graduated from Boise High School where he wrestled and played football. Joel later graduated with his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Joel has been involved in the operations and management of Litster Frost Injury Lawyers and other large personal injury law firms in Idaho, Utah and Washington over the past 20 years. His personal interests include cycling, camping and backpacking in the great state of Idaho. He also enjoys going on whatever adventure his wife and 6 kids have thought up!.
I started working at Litster Frost in 2016 and joined the work comp department in 2018. I quickly fell in love with the work, and love helping clients navigate the work comp process. I graduated from Meridian High School in 1998 and completed the CWICS Certification Course. Outside of work, I enjoy volunteering at my kids' school and tending to my homestead, raising chickens and nurturing my wild garden.
Krissy was born in Texas and raised in Idaho. Her rural upbringing instilled in Krissy a hardworking nature and tenacity to go the extra mile for the clients she assists. As a case manager with Litster Frost, she is dedicated to helping clients through the hardships they face when being involved in motor vehicle and other accidents. Krissy has been working in the legal field for six years. She became a case manager for Dan Jenkins in 2017. It is no coincidence that in that year her team was voted “Most Improved Team” for 2017. In 2018, she was given the “Extra Mile Award” for exceptional work done for the clients she served. Every year since becoming a case manager Krissy has been part of a “Million Dollar Club” team for exceptional verdicts, awards, and settlements received for clients she has assisted. When not in the office, Krissy enjoys spending time with family, glamping, kayaking, summer concerts and being in the mountains.
Mike was raised in Lewison, ID and later attended University of Idaho in Moscow, ID. He worked for Allstate Insurance Company for 26 years as a Casualty Claims Adjuster in the Boise Claims office, which closed due to office consolidations in 2011. Now at Litster Frost as an Insurance Company Liaison, Mike helps clients with their injury claims, utilizing the experience gained from many years in the insurance industry. Mike enjoys Idaho’s great outdoors with camping, boating, back packing, fly fishing, snow and water skiing. He also enjoys trips to the McCall area with his wife, Lauren, of 40 years, along with their 2 adult sons and 3 grandsons!
Morgan began her career as a legal assistant with a large personal injury firm in the Boise area where she managed numerous cases along with many other tasks. She joined our firm as a case manager in early June of 2022.
Her past work experience has helped enhance her personal skills and enables her to work well with different generations and people from all walks of life. She is patient, receptive, observant, and respectful. Her attention to detail allows her to juggle many balls at the same time and not get flustered. She is also very enthusiastic and encouraging, with an incredible work ethic, which makes her an invaluable member of the Litster Frost Team.
However, the truly most enjoyable part of her job is communicating with the clients. Helping to explain things to them and answer their questions gives her a great sense of fulfillment. She also finds it important to simply provide a sympathetic ear when a client is scared or worried.
When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family as well as camping, mountain biking, running, and hiking with her husband and two dogs.
Rachel is a native Idahoan. Her family is her everything, and she loves to create new, exciting memories with them. Outside of the office, Rachel loves to travel- especially when the ocean will be in proximity. Her family has 3 dogs, two hamsters, a fish, and used to have a parakeet! One could say she LOVES animals!
Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Shelby moved to Boise in 2018, kicking off her career in the legal field. Coming from a downtown law firm which offered services for many types of law, she was able to build a knowledge base of the court system, learn strategies for different scenarios, and be involved in complex cases and research. Shelby’s curiosity and attention to detail has made the legal field a perfect match for her. Outside of work, she enjoys anything that involves the outdoors (I mean, it’s Idaho, c’mon!). During the warmer months, you can normally find Shelby in the foothills with her dog, paddleboarding the many lakes/rivers, or on a camping trip for the weekend. During the winter months, snowshoeing through the forest is where you’ll catch her!
Born and raised in Oregon, Suzi worked in the medical field while attending college in Oregon. She transferred to Boise State University to attend nursing school and began working at Litster Frost in 2005. While continuing her education she has remained committed to working with local providers to improving medical care for personal injury clients. Away from the office, Suzi enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and watching sports. GO BRONCO’S!
Viola grew up in Canyon County, ID. For most of her career, she was worked in the insurance industry handling claims, sales, and underwriting departments. When Viola is away from the office, she enjoys time with family and friends, She also enjoys audio books, hiking, cooking, traveling, and gardening!
