Mark was born in Colorado, but has lived in Idaho since kindergarten, graduating from Eagle High School in Eagle, ID. After high school, Mark completed his undergraduate education at Boise State University and spent a semester abroad studying at the University of Westminster in London, England, where he developed his unwavering love of English Premier League Football (otherwise known as soccer to us “Yanks”).
After completing his undergraduate studies at Boise State, Mark worked for a local title and title abstracting company, which sparked his interest in pursuing a career in the legal field. Mark then attended the University of Concordia School of Law for his first year of law school, transferring to the University of Idaho the following summer, where he finished his legal studies and earned his Juris Doctorate. Immediately after finishing law school and passing the bar exam, Mark began his legal career working for Crandall Law Office, a local firm that handles primarily personal injury cases.
In January of 2020, Mark took a position with a Twin Falls based firm working in their Boise based office and handling primarily cases dealing with creditors’ rights. Feeling the stresses of the COVID pandemic, this firm closed its Boise office in December of 2020, which led Mark to his current position as the workers’ compensation attorney with Litster Frost Injury Lawyers. In his spare time, Mark enjoys spending time with his fiancé, their two children, two dogs, and one cat. Mark loves live music, sports, enjoying the outdoors, playing his guitar, and traveling as much as possible.
In most states, Idaho included, the law mandates the employers to have workers’ compensation coverage for the benefit of their workers. Every year, victims of workplace injuries file millions of claims against the employers’ insurance in an attempt to seek compensation for lost wages, medical expenses, and emotional distress. Some victims are lucky enough to complete the process with little hassle, whereas others are not so lucky.
In some cases, employers and their insurance carriers will deny or dispute legitimate workers’ compensation claims. In addition, third parties whose actions resulted in the workplace injury incident might also be held liable.
If you need help filing your workers’ compensation claim, contact an experienced Idaho Personal Injury Lawyer at Litster Frost Injury Attorneys. A workers’ compensation attorney can help you explore your legal options and negotiate a maximum settlement.
Unfortunately, your employer’s insurance company may not treat you fairly during your workers’ compensation claim. Your employer might also make it more challenging than necessary for you to achieve fair compensation by refusing to investigate your claim or fail to submit your case on time. In such situations, the dedicated personal injury attorneys at Litster Frost Injury Lawyers can help you seek justice and protect your interests and rights.
