Gader Wren

Attorney

Gader Wren is committed to assisting clients in navigating the increasingly complex world of civil litigation and aiding his clients in obtaining just compensation for their injuries. To achieve these ends, Gader works shoulder to shoulder with his clients—frequently communicating with them and advising them every step of the way.

Before law school, Gader worked as a paralegal for a prominent law firm in Bakersfield, a farming and oil community. There, he learned the importance of zealous advocacy and ethical representation of clients—lessons that continue to guide his practice of the law today.

After graduating from law school at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, magna cum laude, Gader clerked for Justice Patricia Lee of the Nevada Supreme Court. As a law clerk, he worked on a variety of cases involving issues of personal injury, criminal law, family law, and constitutional law. Gader credits Justice Lee as one of the individuals who taught him the important role attorneys play in helping clients not only obtain justice but also assist clients in processing the difficulties and challenges associated with their injuries.

Following his clerkship, Gader joined the Idaho Attorney General’s Office, where he served as a deputy attorney general in the Civil and Constitutional Defense Division and later as an assistant solicitor general. In these roles, Gader played a critical role in cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, the federal circuit courts, the Idaho Supreme Court, and the Idaho Court of Appeals.

In 2026, Gader returned to where his legal career began—representing those who have been wrongly injured. Since joining Litster Frost, Gader has secured his clients settlements that far exceeded pre-litigation offers. This is no small task. To do this, Gader works tirelessly, reviewing medical records, expert witness reports, and accident reports. He works closely with his clients to respond to discovery. He remains a student of the law, keeping up to date on changes in the law that affect his clients. If you need an attorney who will represent you and help you get the compensation you deserve, call Gader.

Outside of work, Gader enjoys spending time with his wife, Krystal, and their three children. As a family, they enjoy hiking, exploring Idaho, and trying new places to eat. Gader also serves as a lecturer at the University of Idaho College of Law, where he develops and teaches classes focused on the First Amendment’s Religion Clauses, the Reconstruction Amendments, and judicial philosophies.
